Indonesia Impact Alliance is a multi-stakeholder organization consisting of group of organizations and individuals working together in building a more robust impact investment ecosystem in Indonesia.

Indonesia Impact Alliance serves as the Secretariat of GSG Impact Indonesia National Partner

A global impact investing network, active in over 50 countries, works to progress the transformation of global financial systems, so that every investment, business and government spending decision takes into account impact, as well as risk and return.

The Legal Support Needs Survey conducted by Paloma Sjahrir Foundation and Indonesia Impact Alliance (IIA) in May 2025 highlights that local capital providers continue to face challenges in navigating Indonesia’s legal and regulatory landscape. These challenges often affect their ability to structure investments, manage risks, and engage effectively with both the source of funding and investment portfolios. Indonesia Impact Alliance (IIA), in collaboration with Ashurst OSP, will hold a dedicated Impact Investment Legal Dialogue. This session is intended for fund managers, venture builders, and other local capital providers who require a clearer understanding of key legal considerations in impact investment transactions, with a focus on investment structures, compliance obligations, and common regulatory issues encountered by intermediaries and impact investors. The Impact Investment Legal Dialogue will be grounded in real case studies, providing concrete examples to guide discussion and enable practical Q&A based on real-world scenarios and practices. Indonesia’s impact investment ecosystem is expanding as more investors and intermediaries work to channel capital toward measurable social and environmental outcomes. As activities across the sector grow, so does the need for stronger coordination, open information-sharing, and regular opportunities for investors to exchange insights and explore collaboration. Many organizations are developing pipelines, structuring deals, and engaging in initiatives that would benefit from greater visibility and alignment across the investment community. To support this need and strengthen connections within the ecosystem, the Indonesia Impact Alliance (IIA), together with The Dutch Fund for Climate and Development (DFCD) and P4G (Partnering for Green Growth and the Global Goals 2030), will convene an Impact Investor Gathering.
